Refund Policy

✅ Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Payment was successfully made but the order cannot be fulfilled

  • Item is confirmed unavailable and no replacement is accepted

  • Order is canceled before processing or shipment

  • Customs confiscation (where applicable)

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the payment type.


❌ Non-Refundable Payments

Due to the nature of certain payment methods, refunds are not possible in the following cases:

  • Cryptocurrency payments (BTC, ETH) once confirmed on the blockchain

  • Orders already shipped or in transit

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Damage caused by improper handling after delivery

Chargeback Policy

We strongly encourage customers to contact us first before initiating a chargeback.

Unnecessary chargebacks result in:

  • Immediate order cancellation (if unshipped)

  • Permanent account flagging

  • Loss of future purchasing privileges

  • Submission of evidence to the payment processor


⚠️ Chargebacks Will Be Disputed If:

  • Tracking confirms successful delivery

  • The customer failed to contact support prior to filing

  • The chargeback is filed for buyer’s remorse

  • Fraud checks delayed processing and were disclosed

  • Payment instructions were not followed correctly

We maintain detailed transaction records, shipping confirmations, and communication logs to dispute invalid chargebacks.


Fraud Prevention & Payment Verification

To protect all parties:

  • Orders may undergo manual verification

  • Additional ID or payment confirmation may be requested

  • High-risk transactions may experience processing delays

  • Orders suspected of fraud may be canceled without notice


Important Notes for Crypto Payments

  • Crypto transactions are final and irreversible

  • Always verify wallet addresses before sending

  • Underpayment or overpayment may delay processing

  • Network fees are the customer’s responsibility
